CAN I CANCEL MY RESERVATION?

If you wish to make any changes to your reservation (change of date, names, number of people, etc.), please send an e-mail to contact@chateaudelarozelle.com or call 02 54 70 58 40. Cancellation policy for reservations of 1 to 3 rooms: All cancellation requests must be sent by e-mail to contact@chateaudelarozelle.com. If you cancel your reservation less than 3 days before the scheduled arrival date or in the event of a no-show, the amount of the first night's stay will be deducted from your credit card and charged to each of the rooms reserved. DO I NEED TO HIRE A CAR?

We recommend that you hire a car so that you can get around freely and explore the surrounding area. We can arrange a shuttle to and from the station and can put you in touch with drivers if you wish (please give us 24 hours' notice). The immediate area around the estate can also be explored by bike.

Free outdoor parking is available.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO HIRE BIKES?

We have a number of bicycles available, please contact Reception for details.

WHAT ARE THE ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES?

Our rooms are guaranteed from 3pm and must be vacated by 11am on the day of departure.

CAN I EXTEND MY STAY?

Yes, if your accommodation is not reserved afterwards or if you agree to occupy another available room.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO ACCESS THE INTERNET ON THE DOMAIN?

Our hotel and restaurant are accessible to people with reduced mobility.

The hotel is non-smoking, and smoking is not permitted in rooms or buildings, although it is possible outside. Any breach of this rule in a room will result in a charge of 2 extra nights to compensate for the time the room is unavailable for deodorisation.

Yes, pets (dogs/cats) are welcome at an additional cost (see rates at reception), but not in the restaurant.
